Delivery time & cost

We ship from a warehouse within the EU. Delivery in DACH usually takes 1–3 working days. Shipping costs and, where applicable, Swiss import charges are shown transparently at checkout.

Duties (DDP)

Within the EU we ship DDP: duties and import taxes are included in the price. There are no additional charges on delivery.

Returns

You can return any mochila within 30 days. Returns within Germany are free. Items should be unworn and in resalable condition.
